Cricket news: India win against the Kiwis in the second T 20 + take 2-0 lead

After a disappointing World Cup T 20, a much better display by Indian team.
While the first match was very close, India won this one much more convincingly by 7 wickets.
Rishabh Pant hit two sixes to finish off in style.
There were a few quick wickets in the end but overall it was a great effort.
Both Rohit Sharma and K. L. Rahul scored great 50s.
Earlier, Kiwis were restricted to 153 in 20 overs even with a great start.

Great debut ton by Shreyas Iyer but the Kiwis are responding well with 129 for no loss.

I used to play cricket till college times.
Not much time for playing after that.

Ha ha - that would be too long. The problem is most of my friends are far off now.
We did had a few early Saturday morning cricket matches 5.5 years back.
Yet even that looks like another era!

Yes a good comeback after the early T 20 world cup exit.
India was a big contender for winning the T 20 world cup but it was eventually Australia that won.
