Philly Special went to Redner's Warehouse Markets in Elkton on Sunday to cash in around $100 dollars that he won playing scratch off tickets earlier. Philly Special then decided to buy a bunch of scratch off lottery tickets plus he bought one $30 dollar scratch off a $100,000 Lottery scratch off ticket which turned out to have the grand prize of $100,000 dollars. The $30 dollar lottery ticket was the only ticket that had a winning prize. The 28 year old lucky lottery who lives with his father plans to use the lottery winnings to pay off debts and share the lottery winnings with his dad. The Redner's Warehouse Market will receive $1,000 dollars from Maryland Lottery Officials for selling the winning lottery ticket.
