Do you life near a volcano?

There are 3 volcanoes near my home.
1. "Gunung api purba" Or PURBA volcano. This is a death volcano, never eruption for a very very long time.
2. Merbabu volcano. Not a dangerous volcano cos never eruption for a long time too..
3. Merapi volcano, usually eruption once in 5 year. This montain is very active, every morning and evening you can see the smoke from the top of the mountain.
When the monkeys who life in the top of the volcano are running down, and the weather sundenly feel so hot it is time to go away from merapi ...
So.. Do you life near a volcano?

Your question is difficult to answer... I live in the middle of the continental United States. There is a super volcano that last erupted 100,000 years ago in Colorado... The last three times it erupted, it covered my part of the US in ash and cinders. Scientists say the super volcano in Yellowstone National Park could erupt at any time... It would devastate the majority of the US and would kill millions of people.
I don't live within seeing distance of the volcano, though.

There are volcanoes in my country, mostly down in the south, often on islands, so not exactly near me.
Many islands were created by volcanoes and I guess your area is highly sismic too. Good the monkeys warn you of incoming eruptions.

I do not live near a volcano even though my relatives who in the countryside of Panama are in the area of a volcano. I do not know if it is dormant or not though.
