I can't seem to get any decent sweet potatoes anymore around here.
They are usually so tiny these days.

Your sweet potato sounds delicious, I haven't had any in a while, When I lived in NYC I used to make Thanksgiving dinners and would make a whipped sweet potato casserole with a marshmallow topping,
