What is going on the dinner table tonight? I want to know! I'm trying a new recipe for pot roast: Ina Garten's (Barefoot Contessa) Company Pot Roast. I'm a little behind in getting it going but YOLO. I will have it with a baked russet potato with sour cream and chives. I'll text my young neighbor to see if she wants some. If not I'll leave it in the fridge until after Thanksgiving and then freeze it. Pot Roast is always one of those dishes that gets better after a day or two. That's what is happening here. What are YOU having? Do tell!
