Another favorite song is the country song "The House That Built Me" sung by Miranda Lambert. The song was written by Tom Douglas and Allen Shamblin, Blake Shelton was originally going to record the song but hearing it Lambert reacted emotionally and chose to record it, It was released as the third single to her studio album Revolution. It became the fastest-rising single in her career and went to number one on the US Billboard Hot Country Songs chart. When Lambert performed this song at the 2010 Academy of Country Music Awards she received a standing ovation. At the 53rd Annual Grammy Awards in 2011, Lambert won the Grammy for Best Female Country Vocal Performance.
