Have you tasted anything better than a fried egg, sunny side up? / myLot

I was a bit hungry, friends. Fish does not stay long in your tummy, specially if it is a lean fish. I was not going to start any dinner yet. But I always have eggs. So I got out my wonder skillet, craked an egg, added a bit of butter to the little oil, salt and mixed ground peppers. DELICIOUS! Now I can think about what to do. The plants are watered, Luna is fed and the dishwasher behaved so well that I will have to think on a name for her. What are you doing today, friends?

So far as I am aware, sunny side up and over easy are two names for the same thing. A sunny side up egg is just an egg cooked over easy with a runny yoke.

I can't handle sunny-side-up eggs. I will eat them scrambled or boiled in egg salad or deviled eggs. Nothing going on here.

Last year I passed through a time of omelette addiction. At another time I always had boiled eggs to eat if I got hungry. Now I´m on sunny side ups

. But eggs are awesome!

My favorite is always fired potatoes and eggs sunny side up, I hope Luna is doing all right, A name for the dishwasher could be Sudsy perhaps, Just my usual day pounding away on the keyboard,

I usually have scrambled or an omelet when I eat eggs. But the occasional sunny side up fried egg never fails to satisfy. Nothing like dredging a piece of toast through the yoke. Just good eats.

Today I had to skip eggs for breakfast as I´m planning to make a delicious Spanish omelette for lunch. That requires 3 large eggs and I know that I´ll eat it all.
