Good morning, friends. The masks.

I was answering a post just now about the type of masks I wear and I decided to pass some information that it is now so evident that I do it without thinking.
My best friend has a place at the entrance of her house where there´s a can where you place your used masks. But near it there is a pair of scissors. They are there to cut the strings of the masks. It seems that in many places, birds and fish have died because they get tangled between them.
The can is covered with any sort of recycled material that can be thrown away when it is full. And nearby, there´s quaternary ammonia to spray a bit on it before you run to the nearest bathroom to wash your hands with soapy water.
We all have our 3 doses here, friends. But still, masks, social distance and hand washing must be done as always.
Now for my coffee. Take care

Wow, I didn't know that about the strings of the mask hurting birds and fish.

I don’t need to cut mine since we have reusable mask that you can wash and wear a lot easier then keeping tossing ones you use. That’s another way to save time, money and the environment.

We have had our two shots and one booster. That's a good tip about cutting the strings of the masks.
