Wearing parfume

I'm used to people who always put on the same parfume everyday, grew up convinced that one shouldn't change his parfum very often, which gives me anxiety trying to set my mind on one. Sometimes, well most of the times, I find myself preferring not to wear any perfume than wear one that I'm not planning to keep using. How do you deal with perfume ? What's your favorite ? You change it very often ?

I don't wear cologne... I've been told that the grapefruit body wash I use leaves me with a pleasing scent. *shrug* I'd rather people couldn't smell me at all, but what can you do?

I'm not out in very many social situations, so I don't use it. But I've used it before, so long as it's not too strong.
