This is wedding season in our state, Bengal. I went to buy wedding gifts for today's wedding. That's where I heard this story. The shopkeeper's daughter had been married only ten days ago. She has returned to her father's house determined not to continue her married life. Angry and hurt, she wants to punish her husband! Now, she is not an uneducated girl. She is a teacher and her husband is a railway employee.Everything was ideal for this marriage but something was wrong somewhere in the decision making. What might that be?

It could be any number of things. Edcuated doesn't always equal smart. There could've been an underlying issue one or both didn't see, until after the wedding day. Any number of reasons, really.

It sounds to me like he abused her, if so she did the right thing by leaving. A woman should never allow herself to be abused.

It's also wedding season here. Including fish, the majority of the fish I catch are laying eggs
