We have 3 days in a row, raining all day. Rain is not too big, but still almost all day. Thats make some area in our city (not mine) flooding. Those are that flooding are actually decent housing area. Its flooding neighborhood as they're in low area, so all water go there. Some of my friends had been living there for years (some their whole life - which means over than 20 years (I am trying to be forever 21+ yo ). If we asked why didn't move, their answer - mostly similar - "we have been live here for years, flood only happen 2-3 times / year during Dec- Jan only when raining all das, then that's it! We already know how to handle it. We have more than 10 months no flood. Where in this city we can buy house with this price?" That's true statement, some people had increase their floor level, so in small flood, water not enter their home, just on the street. Some paint their walls with oil paint, so easy to clean. They're friend with flood! Have you seen these too in your country? Photo is grass jelly drink - I like this as grass jelly make stomach cool off :-) Have you try that?

I'm sorry it rained so much. It's good the people in the low-lying areas know how to deal with flooding. No, no flooding here in winter. We do get rain, which I wish was snow.

It's a regular flooding area. so if the residents dont mind, then we didnt bother them too. I think India has this too, its either green color or black color. The one I had here is green color

I've never heard of a grass jelly drink. There are floods in Queensland too at the moment. I don't think I would want to live where it floods.
