Scattering of light which is a characteristic feature of atoms is blocked when the atom became in an ultracold state, --- this is called a qantum effect. To see how much light an atom may scatter, a light was beamed through a cloud of lithium atoms. May we assert what would it be if now the temperature is decreased to make the atoms fill up the lowest energy states !!

You should explain a little more, people who know nothing of quantum and atoms have no idea of what you are discussing here.
