Monday walking exercise

It's another excellent walk. I walked 18,628 steps (morning & afternoon walk combined) for 13.06 kilometers with 647.07 calories burned as recorded by Pedometer. Walking is fun and it's not boring for me. What about you guys? How's your walking?

I did 2000 steps yesterday but I will surely keep improving. Did you observe any benefits after coming so far?

That's long enough. Mine is 30 minutes early in the morning and another 30 minutes late in the afternoon

Wow, that's lots of steps. I walked this morning going to the school and back home. But it is only around 10 minutes.

I don't walk that much, probably because there's no where to. I walk a lot when I'm in a bigger city. I miss that.
