What's for dinner? December 6

What is going on the dinner table tonight? I want to know! I had no idea what I was going to have until a few minutes ago. I didn't have anything out of the freezer and didn't feel like having the same thing that I had eaten for lunch. Well then I looked on the bottom shelf and saw a container of leftover homemade vegetable lasagna that I had forgotten I took out to thaw a couple of days ago. SWEET. No cooking required! That is what is happening here. What are YOU having? P.S. It is Monday so our beloved Alfredo and his husband Mike would be having their version of antipasto. I don't remember it all but I do remember it involved tuna, dried apricots, and rolls. He always said it was their way to "detox".
