Do you also have colds in the morning?

Most of the morning when I wake up I will sneeze a lot and will have runny nose. But when it's 8 o clock or 9 in the morning the cold will be gone and the rest of the day no colds at all.
I have serious colds if I have runny nose the whole day and congested nose at night.

No but my inner nose is a bit painful for about three days now. I think I over cleaned my nose.. Lol

It never happened to me. I had nosebleed because I use inhaler a lot so I stop inhaling menthol for now

@averygirl72 I think this is the first time I had it... Maybe the pain will be gone soon because the other day, it's the right side that's painful and now it's the left.. Actually not too much. I only feel it when I pinch my nose.

Yes it's not really a cold because if I have a cold it will be a whole day and I will have clogged nose. Usually it is when the weather is cold. I don't have it a lot during summer

Sometimes I deal with a head cold since I have an electric fan near my bed at night.

Maybe it is cause by allergies too in the morning but I don't know what it is

@averygirl72 I take allergy pills but they don’t always help.
