There were these baby back ribs in the freezer.

So I placed half of them over a bed of onions and some apples on the side.
I put oil and white wine over them and just some light salt (my feet are swollen again).
They were delicious. I ate them for lunch with cooked potatoes ( or better said potato). Luna ate the bones. She was happy.
I don´t eat more baby back ribs only because sometimes they don´t have them at the super.
Do you like them?

It has been a long time since I ate baby back ribs. I do like the way they taste but, I don't like how much they leave me bloated. I haven't eaten them in quite some time because I avoid red meat.

Yes Iime them we don’t eat them much but when we do we enjoy them.
