"Thank God it's Christmas" is a Christmas single recorded by British rock band Queen. The song was written by lead guitarist Brian May and drummer Roger Taylor. It came out in 1984 and remained on the UK charts for six weeks over Christmas. The song can be found on their album Queen's Greatest Hits III and on the Christmas compilation LP The Edge of Christmas among other Queen releases.
