I was thinking vegetarian for tomorrow but I forgot.

Claudia gave me yesterday some Swiss chard and I have planned to make a chard cheam tomorrow with a potato on the side.
But I forgot and thawed a pork chop.
Now, as I don´t like to have meat that is not frozen around with this heat, even in the fridge, I will fry tomorrow the chop and have the chard on the side.
Not vegetarian, but still healthy.

Sounds good. I haven't had pork in some time. Today our Meals on Wheels lunch will be sweet and sour pork loin.

I cook Swizz chard, take out the water and cut it finely. Them I add thick cream and Parmesan cheese. Sometimes I fill crepes with that. Other times I use it as a side dish.

@marguicha I cannot eat Swiss chard, it is too high in oxalate, it gives me kidney problems.
