What's Your Favorite Christmas Family Tradition?

Every Christmas Eve when my mom was growing up, her Dad made chili and grilled cheese sandwiches for dinner. It was probably a nice break for my grandmother. So my mom continued that tradition. And I continued it with my family. But since I have become aware of healthier eating I switched from using ground beef to ground turkey in our chili.
Growing up we always went to church at 11:00 pm for the candlelight service where at the end of the service, all of the lights were turned off and everyone got a lit candle and we sang Silent Night together. That has always been my favorite part of Chrustmas. I did that with my children and now my husband and I go but it's a 10 pm service now.
Then on Christmas morning, my mom always made Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls for us for Christmas morning. I have continued that with my own children and also now when it's just me and my husband. We only have them on Christmas morning and they are yummy!
Do you have any favorite family Christmas traditions? I am hoping to get some comments from people all over the world on this one. I think it will be fun to see how other countries and cultures celebrate.

We don't really have any special traditions but I'm looking forward to the contributions of others. We used to laugh that people would ring up the priest to ask what time Midnight Mass was. They were perfectly justified in asking as sometimes Mass would be at a time other than midnight.

Growing up, Christmas was always.... interesting. We would sometimes go to mass on Christmas eve (a few times midnight mass) but my favorite, was cinimon rolls for breakfast with hot coco, and opening up presidents. Then eigher my family would come over, and we would open gifts from family (there was santa then family) or we'd go next door to my sister's house.
Now, I'm estranged from my family. And, my husband and I create our own tradations. Such as watching our favorite christmas movies while eating beaf tip tortellini.

We always sang together as a family, Christmas Eve. Mom on the piano, Dad sang bass, Sona alto, Lyna soprano and Kharla high tenor. Bill my brother would go in his room and didn't want to participate. First one up in the morning to open gifts? Bill!
