Making My Shopping List...

for when I start back on my low carb/keto/PSMF lifestyle. Most things I can get at the grocery store, but some I will need to get from Amazon. I need sodium alginate and calcium chloride (odd sounding ingredients I know) and then I want to get more egg white powder. You can mix the powder up with water and it acts like regular egg whites. At the store I will need to get - Eggs - Heavy cream -salmon, tuna - chicken -beef - cheese Some of that I won't need to get much of because I have some in the freezer. I am not looking forward to getting back on track....but I know I need to. I'd ask what I should add to the list - but I don't eat veggies, or fruit.

How come you went off it? I’ve had powered eggs but not the just whites ones you mention.

Because I like my carbs (well potatoes, pasta, etc,) and because I get to where I don't want to cook. Oh okay, I know you can get whole eggs powdered, just whites, and even just yolks.

Turkey bacon will be good on protein sparing days since it is lower in fat than regular bacon. Well it would be more limiting if I did the bacon, butter, beef and eggs diet which I probably should.

@just4him Going to do different protocols on different days I think. Some days protein sparing, a couple regular keto days, a 16 hour or so fast day, and a carnivore/beef, bacon, butter and eggs day.

Wow, no veggies or fruit? That would be a hard diet for me to follow. Are you doing this to lose weight, or just to be healthy.

Well if you like fruits and veggies then that is good. I never liked them (besides apples and potatoes) so they have never been part of my diet. And I am doing it for both reasons. I do have a lot to lose weight wise
