My new Jacket is not the complete fit

I told you all about my new jacket, but it is not the complete fit. When I move my hands it gets stuck somewhere near the armpit. So I am not so happy about it. So I am confused that whether I should return it or not because I like each and everything about it apart from that glitch. It cost me around 34 dollars, there was an Allen Solly sale going on. Well, everything else is going fine and I am looking forward to the new year.

Did you order it online, or did you go to a physical store and buy it? If you went in-person, are you not allowed to try it on first before buying it?

Perhaps you can take the jacket to get it fixed up for you at a shop where they make and sew clothing,
