Thinking of joining the January Challenge

What am I talking about? This couple on YouTube that I follow have been doing monthly weight loss challenges. I have thought about joining before, but then I didn't stick to my diet long enough. I won't start on the 1st with them, but I may still join on Monday. Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays will be protein sparing days (where I eat more protein than fat and keep the carbs very limited), there will be 1 or 2 regular keto days a week, a carnivore day and a day where we fast for 18 hours (though I may do 16 instead). I think that is a fair challenge to start out the year. Not too difficult....a lot of variety. What do you think of this challenge? Would you do a challenge? Have you before?

Not sure if a challenge will help or not....but doing different things throughout the week will at least not be boring.

Well I will share about each day as I do it starting Monday....I know tomorrow is the first but I am not starting on the weekend.

I will be doing that still, some days the macros will just be different. and I never lost too much weight
