It is a cheating night for me and 2.5 hours for New Year's Eve. I have been eating some pork meat, shrimp, etc. from time to time here. My mom is looking at me and keeps on telling me to have self-control. I politely say that I can handle it and my blood pressure will be fine. The ending is I had a light dinner and will have some more later. Are you busy for New Year's Eve? Are you controlling yourself not to pig out? Image Credit: c.tenor.com

You need to tell your mom that eating a lot of meat once in a while won't make any difference in your blood pressure. It won't kill you. (vanny used to do stuff like that to me. I finally told her I was glad she was in India and I didn't have to listen to her. Unfortunately, you can't tell your mom that... you'd be better off if you could.) Enjoy the evening/night my friend. @prashu228 No, vanny didn't need to do that. All it did was make me do more stuff to piss her off. I don't follow orders from anyone and never have. I haven't eaten yet. People on myLot keep talking to me so I keep talking with them.

No I am not... I am already done with dinner and it's rice with spinach and omelette Cheating once in awhile is okay , won't have much affect on blood pressure

I agree. I took some pineapple juice to refrain from shooting up my blood pressure. I also had a ball of rice with the grilled cube-like pork.
