Yay Mr. Truck

Came home from Dad's yesterday over the Donner pass (nobody got eaten), and the drive was smooth sailing except for a few miles from Verdi, NV to about a mile past the California state line. A lane of the two lane highway was closed due to a snow slide onto the right lane. It was very slow going for a while. We were even at a dead stop for a while. Finally, not too far over the state line, I could see traffic moving ahead. We got close to that point and the truck to my right signalled to get over, so I slowed down and let him. Immediately about eight cars behind us passed him to the right. So Mr. Truck got back over half a lane to the right and blocked the lane so that nobody else could do that. We got to the merge and then past the mess and he got back over into the right lane. I flashed my lights and a thumbs up sign as I passed him. Yay Mr. Truck.
