Starting 2022 Weight Loss Journey Tomorrow

I am not really ready to give up the carbs, well or I don't want to at least...but I said I would start on January 3rd (since I didn't want to start on the weekend). What is in the plan? Workout 3-4 days a week at the start Drink at least 2 liters of water (do that already) Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays - protein sparing modified fast days (PSMF) ~ may not start that till Wednesday this week though. Tuesdays - regular keto day Thursdays - Carnivore or BBBE days (bacon, beef, butter and eggs) Saturdays - Keto refeed days (eating more calories, but still Keto foods) Sundays - 16 or 18 hour fast (not sure if I can do 18 yet) I will have my zipfizz drinks at least on days I work out and will try to have a keto chow shake every day, or make something with keto chow Not sure what else will be on the plan....but that is my idea for now. I will weigh in during my follow up about day 1 tomorrow night. Thoughts?

@JimBo452020 Yeah, now I do...when people say you don't want to know that makes me want to know. But that is good, congrats...and the time it took doesn't matter....but that you did it and kept it off is what matters. and I won't be starving myself - just have to give up most carbs

Beef, butter and bacon on a weight loss diet doesn’t sound like a diet to lose weight. Can’t you just eat half the food you eat now to lose weight. That’s what I’d do.

@MommyOfEli2013 EGGS are good but I don’t believe a nutritionist would advise you to eat butter and bacon. Those can will run up your cholesterol. All veggies are good but serving sizes must be appropriate.

@RubyHawk I HATE veggies and will never eat them...except potatoes when I alllow them. And that's not true about cholesterol. Your body will make it if you eat less....and make less if you eat more. It's eating the fat AND carbs that mess with cholesterol. I don't see a nutritionist anymore...but they (and doctors) recommend too many carbs for a diabetic and low fat because they want us to stay sick so they make more money

Carbs make you hold on to water, fat, etc....so I need to cut out the carbs. People have lost lots of weight eating beef, butter, bacon and eggs.
