Two men who were aboard a vessel named "Jenna Dawn" are grateful to be alive after a rescue crew from the United States Coast Guard (USCG) located in Clearwater Florida sent a MH 60 helicopter to rescue them from a fire aboard their vessel on Sunday evening. The captain of the "Jenna Dawn" contacted 911 to report the fire aboard his vessel. Then the members of the USCG answered the call for help by sending them a helicopter to rescue them. After the two men whose names were not released were rescued by the USCG helicopter, they were then taken to the soccer field in Fort Myers High School where a group of local emergency personnel took care of them before they were taken by ambulance to a local hospital. The officials with the USCG are thankful that the captain of the "Jenna Dawn" was able to ask for help when he really needed to be assisted in his time of trouble on Sunday evening.

I agree with you since being aboard a boat that was on fire is scary.

There are many rescues carried out all over the world by such stalwarts, doing their duties, so admirably. We had a story here, the other day, where a dog chased a fox down a narrow tunnel, and then the larger dog, got stuck in the tunnel. The fire brigade were called to rescue the pooch, which they did, with a resulting happy owner, happy to see his dog again.

That's really scary. The USCG does a lot of rescue operations.

That is true since the rescue missions of the USCG are on the Weather Channel station as a show.

That is true since I know if I were in their place when the boat caught fire, I would be scared as well. I am also happy that they were rescued.
