Hello! Walked home in the rain, but it wasn't raining too too hard. Work wasn't as crazy as I thought it would be, either. We had three older children and the baby. Initially, my boss asked if I could stay until 3 so she could go to the chiropractor, and I said yes. A few minutes later I had to recant, because I remembered that two people were supposed to come and pick up items I sold on Facebook Marketplace. One messaged me for my address after I got home and said she could get here around 3:30. The other-- not sure what happened, but I know her personally and her daughter lives in the next building, so she can come get what she bought anytime I'm home. I got to feed and hold the baby a lot today. Funny--the older children were all fascinated with her. While at work my boss said something about a "new girl" starting tomorrow. I thought she meant a child, but then she reminded me that last year she said she was going to hire an extra person--in lieu of getting more children (a couple of parents visited with their little girl to look at the daycare today soon after I arrived). This is going to be interesting--the space is already fairly cramped. Anyway, I'm glad that my first day back at work was not as chaotic as I thought it was going to be. Hope your morning/afternoon/evening was good in your part of myLot land!

I'm glad to hear that work wasn't as bad as you thought.

It sounds like a nice manageable number to care for.

I'm glad to hear you had a good day and you're still earning that paycheck.
