Covid test made it worst

Two days ago one of the swab test team finally arrives to test us. Sadly, I was having running nose that day. Both me and my other aunt labelled positive from her anti gen test. I was furious, because she seems to be in a hurry and doesn't to entertain anymore test and others who also need of testing. She clearly made us think that they have scarcity on antigen test. And yet in other countries they have like abundant supply. But to this day, I haven't lost my sense of taste and my fever is gone. It's like I only had a flu but they treated it as covid, which really pissed me off. My regret is that I should had booster sooner. I neglected it last year and didn't listen when they said people who had sinovac can have booster only after three months after the last shot. But still stuck for another week and half here. Hope you are all taking precaution where ever you are. Be safe and Have a nice day

It seems this kind of test is not accurate.

You need not loose sense of smell and taste. The symptoms vary from person to person. It's a mysterious virus.I only had severe headache, tiredness and loss of appetite when I tested positive for the virus in April. No cold, cough, fever or loss of taste and smell.

Seriously? Maybe I should add more antidisinfectant and put face shield again.

@cacay1 Yes, I got it at work and passed it to my elder daughter. Fortunately I was asymptomatic with mild headache and bodyache. My daughter had mild symptoms and we both recovered in home isolation with natural remedies. We didn't take medicines or antibiotics. But the weakness and tiredness continued for months after testing negative

@cacay1 Yes, we should never let the safety guards down. The virus can not be undermined.

The new mutations of Covid gives different symptoms, people do not lose the sense of smell and taste. They have a runny nose, itchy throat and sometimes fever.

You are lucky that you had a very mild infection. My son had been tested positive as well and had the same symptoms as yours. I think when you're tested positive in antigen youre already considered as positive.

Be easy on yourself and its no ones fault if you doing all the right things. Its very contagious this one a booster they say does not stop it but you good?, right? Not in hospital that is what vaccine and booster does. At this point, think we all we get it just if people followed science they will most like live and if they did not they will be in bad shape.

@Letranknight2015 They say everyone may get it now. Only reason we have not is we such loners. When being anti social pays off.

Antigen test is the rapid test? Did you undergo swab test after you tested positive in the rapid test?

The swab test i think was anti gen @brokenbee so I'm not sure. It was a while since I had a test like that.
