Tomato Soup & Grilled Cheese Dinner

Decided on tomato soup and a grilled cheese for dinner. Not really hungry today. This should hit the spot. I finished off the homemade sourdough bread. The sun is going down and the temperatures are dropping again. Has been a beautiful day. I hope tomorrow is the same. Another walk will be nice. Enjoy your evening. So good to see you! During the winter I don't have fresh tomatoes to use, so I use crushed tomatoes in a can, add salt, basil or oregano (whatever I have on hand) and bacon crumbs. I fry bacon crispy and crumble in for a great taste.

It was way too cold to walk outside today. I did grocery shopping. I think the cost of everything made me sick.
