Polenta with collard greens, ajika sauce and pepper jack cheese

This is polenta with collard greens,ajika sauce and pepper jack cheese. The collard greens are sautéed with onions,then sliced precooked polenta is added. Ajika sauce is added and sliced s of pepper jack cheese are added. The cheese melts and is very good. The ajika is from Armenia. I also used some ajika from Russia for some extra sauce.

We make polenta here in the south of Switzerland that we usually serve with a stew.

@Aquitaine24 Yes, the stew served with polenta is usually a beef or a venison stew. Some like polenta with cheese.

i like collard greens. too bad i don't see it here. perhaps if i go to the big supermarket, i can see some.

They are cooked down and mixed with the other food.

Sounds good except for the onions (weird, second post I've commented on in a row that mentioned onions) but what is Ajika sauce?

@Aquitaine24 Yes, I can only eat a sparse amount of collards due to too too much vitamin K.
