How do I get into the pizza delivery business if I already am operating a pizza business?

Get a delivery person. If you're in a place with a lot of traffic, you can either hire someone with a motorcycle and pay extra for their ride... or buy a motorcycle... or find someone with a car who can deliver and pay them extra for that too. Make brochures or flyers and distribute them in your pizza place, out in the streets... you can have a big poster made and put it outside. Goodluck!
