marief2rnurse I think both are very important. Sleep we already can't avoid but exercise some rarely do. An equal dose of both would keep us healthy and strong.

Is too much sleep bad for 2 year olds? My husband thinks it's good that our 2 year old sleeps alot once in a while. Today she fell asleep from 11am to 4pm and now at 7pm is almost getting ready for bed time. I'm just concerned....

marief2rnurse It just really depends. Sometimes I don't want a pillow on my head, sometimes 1 is enough. Sometimes I need two. But I can never sleep without a pillow on my face or without hugging a pillow.

marief2rnurse My kids are the opposite. When they don't nap, they sleep earlier and longer. Which I prefer sometimes. That's odd though for me, never experienced that.

marief2rnurse I really don't like to nap because it only makes me feel lazy. I feel I'm wasting time when I nap. If I had no sleep and feel like a nap though, it helps even if it's just a ten minute one. It feels as if I slept the whole night and have new energy.
