I was doing so well. I can go for weeks and not feel nausea and the entire body chilling feeling of anxiety. I hate it so much. Usually, I can get rid of it rather quickly by thinking of something else and doing some breathing exercises. But, for the last few days, there have been some new things going on and I have little power over them. So, I must just breathe through it and try to keep busy. I have some medication I can take too but, I try to only use it when I get really bad. Hope all goes well and I can relax and get rid of this.
Like William James says: "The greatest weapon against stress is our ability to choose one thought over another."

Anxiety and panic attacks are tough to deal with. Hopefully you are able to distract yourself and don't need those medications. How about some activities that calm you down..walk, music, art, movie...you have to find your way.
Take care.

@arunima25 ......Oh, no I didn't mean I'd go out for a movie. I haven't been to a theater in about five years or so. I watch a lot of movies I find on my Roku tv.

@celticeagle You don't need to go out for movie. You can find something good to watch on YouTube or various OTT platforms or movie channels.
Pandemic has confined most of us to indoors.

It's sad to say but, sometimes it is almost comforting to know others suffer from it too. Makes it a bit easier to bare I think.

so very sorry. I feel the same about medication. I fear getting dependent on another when I already take so many and it all costs so much you want to make it last too.
I hope our many burdens will lighten soon for you and my friends here.
