Woman in California ate 32 sushi rolls

A 24 year old named Danielle Shapiro decided she was going to get her money's worth ($50) at an all-you-can-eat sushi buffet. She ate THIRTY TWO sushi rolls. Rolls--not pieces! Each roll is cut up into 8 pieces. And that isn't all that she had. She started with miso soup, four guyozas, jalapeno poppers, and edamame. The morning after her sushi extravaganza she was taken to the ER. She had intense stomach and chest pains and difficulty breathing. She was diagnosed with acid reflux and given pain medication. She says she will continue to eat sushi and in the all-you-can-eat format. I honestly can't believe that the worst she was diagnosed with was acid reflux. I'm shocked that she didn't vomit or have to have her stomach pumped or that her stomach didn't explode. I can't eat more than one and a half sushi rolls. I can't imagine eating 32 (plus other stuff!) in just 2 hours. Craziness.
