War or peace?

You know recently it is strong menace of starting a war between Russia and Ukraine, a lots of threats from Russia who want Nato to withdraw its trups from eastern flank like Romania, Poland. Negotiations failed, so the attack seems so iminent, these days, especially now when US try to send home to States all american citizens from Ukraine, together with family members of embassy stuff. What do you think? It will be war? Because if the war starts between Rusia and Ukraine, it will be involved NATO, so if NATO interfier is like the world war no. 3 starts, don't you think?

I will vote for peace. But I read the comments and things arent good. I'm scared how do we prepare for war.

Scary. I didn't know of this. Not a good sign for peace if US is trying to send US citizens home . I hope peace prevails

The development so far is not positive and indicate all possibilities of a war. But war is the last thing anyone will wish for. With so much already going around in the world, war would be a disaster.

@carina75 World economy has taken a deep nose dive amidst this pandemic. And still uncertainty looms around the virus. World's economy can not withstand a war at this time. Hopefully sanity prevails and they opt for peace. Things don't seem promising though

That's my perspective too....after so many deaths and disaster with this pandemic diseases, war is something we do not need at all.

I don't think Russia will invade Ukraine. Russia cannot afford the economic sanctions which would be imposed on them And your average Russian couldnt be bothered with a war. Putin is a clever man.

@carina75 I agree with you about the gas pipeline. The thing that pisses me off most is that Russia have said they have no intention of invading Ukraine. And that it is America that keeps stirring the pot to cause trouble

It is true if Russia will invade will be sanctions against hem, but on the other hand, they control gas pipe for almost entire Europe.If they stop delivering gases we all be affected much more then would be in war zone.My opinion.
