My back hurts

My lower back hurts, but here I am MyLotting, distracting myself, trying to drive the pain away. I've taken in medications to no avail, and I have avoided going to the hospital - as much as possible - during this pandemic because it's one of the highest places one could get the covid virus. Now, I'm surfing online on how to relieve it as naturally as possible, Any ideas that you have tried yourself, fellow MyLotters? Thank you in advance.

I suffer of back ache and there is nothing that really helps, try to rest.
