Swimming in Starlight

Dawn of the day before the first day 29 days remaining :p 29 days remaining for what you may ask? WELL I shall tell you. Today I signed up for Starlight foundations SuperSwim event. This event spans the entirety of February. I have elected to swim 15km which is 835 laps in an 18m pool. Am I in way over my head? Possibly, but the comments "You wont be able to win that far blah blah blah" are spurring me on. I am going to smash this goal no matter what anyone says. I was and always will be a distance swimmer. I will probably also be a twig at the end of February there may not be much of me left to participate in the other swimming event in March.

15km? Easy-peasy. You got this! Especially since I know you are (or used to be) a swimmer. I’ll be cheering you on from all the way on the other side of the world!

The Starlight Foundation is a wonderful organization. Along with the Starbright Foundation, they really help children and teens that are hospitalized. I admire that you have taken up this cause. Good for you!
