Delhi's Horrific Incident came to light!! It's so shameful!!!

Hi guys, Hope you all are doing good. I am doing good too. I came across this very bad news rather a horrific incident happened in our state capital Delhi. Delhi the state capital is always in the news because of some or other bad incidents happening with woman. The woman aren't much safe over there. One such incident has happened recently wherein a women from Shahdara area in Delhi was gang-raped and paraded with garland of slippers. The incident happened in the broad daylight in this area where this woman was kidnapped a few days earlier from the nearby area where she lives. The story goes that this woman is married and has a child. One of the man in her neighbourhood had one sided love with her. She had spurned his advances many times. A few days ago, the man allegedly committed suicide. His family members believed that he committed suicide because of the women so they were angry after the incident. Out of the 11 accused, nine people including seven women from the family have been arrested. The women was gang-raped, attacked by group of people who chopped her hair, tore her clothes, blackened her face and paraded her along the streets by making her wear garland of slippers. It's such a shameful act. People living there did nothing to stop these menace rather they took out the video. The chief minister of Delhi has ordered the police to take strict actions against the accused. The victim is in the hospital, trying to recover from this trauma. I just can't understand how people have become so heinous and insensitive. Especially in this incident, women were involved too. How could you join in this and can see other women suffer like that!!! I feel that anger or rage is so powerful at times, that humans aren't able to think rationally beyond it. The pain of seeing their son committing suicide had given them so much rage that they did this aweful thing. I just hope and pray that the victim recovers physically, mentally and emotionally from this incident. The accused should be given such a punishment that noone ever dares to think about doing anything like this to a woman. I generally share positive and motivational quotes here but this incident shook me from the core so thought to share it here.
