I lost a dear person today!

I lost my dear godmother today!
After a hard battle with an awfull disease she lost the battle on Monday morning. Today we burried her in sadness and lot's of tears.
It is so difficult to talk about her at past tense! Unbelievable!
I will have sweet memories with her, to be my help.

Grief ... I do it differently.
I ramp straight off the denial hill and land right on acceptance. 'Denial' because I 'Deny' that you've lost her; I think instead that you've kept the best parts of her (your memories you like), and only lost 'the human-creature who reminds you of the good memories.'
