The easiest way to save a life is to donate your blood. I am a regular blood donor. I am 59 and have donated more than 50 times. I feel proud everytime I successfully donated. I feel that I have done a good deed.

I've done that, too, but don't do it anymore after I had serious diseases.

That's a very good thing to do and it doesn't cost anything. I donated for a while and my husband donated regularly for quite some years.
