You know I began my dream last year but stop and I get so stress and tired. I want to be in a food business and my favorite snack or food is empanada. It's really the best treat for me better than hamburgers.
I've tried it for a month. The first week I got orders everyday the following week just very few orders.
What I discovered is that empanada is not easy to make. You need to chop a lot of ingredients. You need to make a lot of dough and it's quite long to make.
But I see that many people love eating it.
Now I want to experiment again and practice perfecting my empanada.
I get more inspired as I watch a youtube video of a an empanada seller now making 10,000 pesos a day. Can you also give me an idea for my business name?

Go as per the market trends or the local needs , what people prefer in the area
That's better in my view

I think you need to be patient and see if you can stick with it, first. I mean really businesses are going to have ups and downs.

My problem is making it is very time consuming and also the ingredients are costly. I need to overcome all the challenges to master this business

My sister bought me a hand mixer and it helps. I still can't buy a big mixer. I think I should just practice making it at least once a month until it becomes easy for me to do

I change my mind. I experience it is time consuming to do and the costing is expensive very little profit. I think I should just figure out a new food product that will sell well but is easy to do and affordable
