If only I had an interesting story and life to talk about. Here's why:
I enjoy Netflix. I can always find something good and not the C-rated movies either. Name actors and such. So I keep tabs on what's new and available each month. This month is one called "Inventing Anna" and is the true story of a woman, Anna Sorokin. She claimed to be a German-born heiress named Anna Delvey. As Delvey she defrauded banks and acquaintances out of large amounts of money. She was found guilty of fraud was first arrested in 2017 and later went to trial in 2019.
These types of shows amaze me. She actually made $320,000 by selling her story to Netflix. She spent 10 years in prison for her crime and 2 more awaiting trial. She got out in February 2021 but was again detained by ICE for overstaying her visa. Funny how these things work out.
