Recently reading this book called "Attitude is everything".. It's a self help book where the writer with example told us how change of attitude can change everything.... I have read half way and it's good.... But do you believe in this quote" Attitude is everything " After my dad passed away.... Things are miserable..... My mental state is.... Uggggh.. So I am starting to think positive purposely so that I can calm myself down And that's when I choose this book.... Have you read any self help book ever? Any recommendation?

I do not generally like full blanket statements like that, that, "Attitude is everything." I feel nothing is everything, and it takes all parts of us working in unison for us to live right. We need our heart of love on side with us too, for example too. What is attitude, is it of the mind only, or can our heart have attitude too? If we have a loving disposition in our heart, does our attitude then naturally become positive for us then too? Our heart is attached to God, when we allow it to be so, and then the love in our heart blossoms from its roots planted there already before our birth, as they are a given in our life, but the attitude held of mind allows us to value these roots, and decide to live from our heart first then too.
