No Snow?

I can't even imagine. The On The Road story on the Evening News tonight was about a school in Central Florida. The area has not seen snow for 45 years. So a teacher had her sister in Kentucky send her a snowman. It was kept in the school's kitchen freezer and taken out just for a few minutes off and one daily to show her students. So the children there at that school are able to experience snow for the first time. I can't even imagine this. I have had snow in my life every year at least for a few days in the winter. I couldn't live in central Florida. I have to have all four seasons.

I could do without the four seasons if I could live in Florida, especially the Keys.

@celticeagle They Key we have picked out is not commercial; and there aren't too many residents/houses.

And you can have them all. I only want spring, summer and fall.

I was also born and raised in central Florida, I had never seen snow until I moved to South Carolina back in the 70's. Even where I live in South Carolina, it's near the coast, we may see snow once or twice maybe every two or three years.

It is pretty to look upon but not much fun to drive in or clear.

It's true, Florida rarely sees snow. Having lived in Florida, central at that, my entire life, I've been through a few snowfalls in my time.

If I had to drive it and clear walkways and all of that I would feel the same way.

This is the first time in my life living in Florida that I have not had the four seasons and I actually miss that,
