Rough Idea of Cooking Swamp Cabbage

Today, I bought two bundles of 'kangkong' or swamp cabbage. At first, I do not have any ideas how to cook it. So I checked the recipe book at home. Then, I finally decided to cook into 'adobong kangkong.' I wish I could show you the meal done. Why? I was so tired of marketing in the public market and then, cooking this meal immediately for lunch. Thus, I forgot to take a photo of it.
Do you plot out meals daily?

Back in the day, yes.
Nowadays, I just take it day by day.

@Shavkat it is hard to think of what to cook on a daily basis.

@allen0187 I can relate to that. For me, it is harder because I am not a pro at cooking.

I don't really plan out daily meals. Most of the time when I go shopping I buy enough to last for a few weeks, devide my meat and put it in the freezer. If I buy fresh vegetables, I will use them first and then use the canned stuf. Most of the time when I get up in the morning, I will think about what I want for supper and then take it out of the freezer.
