Joesph Hellard who lives in Elsmere Kentucky is one lucky person who found an extra $10 dollars inside of his coat after he bought some scratch off tickets which did not win any money. The funny part of this story is that Joesph would have been wise to leave the Elsmere Mini Mart and go on his way to his next destination and leave it at that. However after he left the store, he found $10 dollars in his coat pocket and he decided to play the $10 X100 scratch off ticket and he was surprised and overcome with happiness when he won $250,000 dollars. Joseph plans to use his lottery winnings to buy a new auto and a house since he went through a rough period recently. That old saying is true "Sometimes it is better to be lucky than good."

That is true since most lottery winners claim that they are lucky to win huge prizes.

Same here since he must have trusted his instincts to the lottery one more time.
