Snack - 2 Slices Ezekiel 4:9 Bread, 1 Tbs Almond Butter, 1 Tbs Strawberry Preserves
Beverage - 3 Water, 1 Milk

Today is another busy day. I expected to be here this morning, but that didn't happen.

Today I weighted myself for the first time in weeks because I had lent my scale to my grandson to weight his suitcases. I was happy to notice that I weighed a little over 3 pounds less

Unintentional. Thank you. Today is low so far too. I'm thinking I need to add calories. We'll see.

For me three eggs is a lot in one meal. Overall sounds good.

When I ate less, it messed with my protein levels. Three works perfect.
