Which one is the best, wet food or dry food for cat?

Eventhough I have cat for years, but i am still confuse to choose which kind of cat food is the best. Up until now I have giving my cat both kind of food. How about you, do you have same experience as me?

yeah i give them both, but sometimes they just lost their appetite, and i dont know why

Always on dry food. Our cat wont eat anything wet.

@dwimua - Cats are spoiled, if you give them all the time the same food, after a while they refuse to eat.

Hello, thanks you for your opinion. it make me realize perhap change the brand or favor often, because cat easily get bored with the same brand or favor

Try to consult your vet if your are confused but I think you can use both as long as your cat is healthy while eating those foods.

I really don't know. I had a cat once but it lived at my Grandma Brown's house. I think they gave her wet food.

maybe the cat at your grandma is like wet food, because the teksture is soft. thanks you for sharing

Everyone I've known has given their cats both. As they got older (bordering on senile) they changed to wet food only because it was easier for the cat to eat. Just remember to check the ingredients you'd be surprised how many brands have food with ingredients that cats shouldn't be eating.

I have two cats. I give them only dry food. They are healthy and happy.
