Good afternoon from Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA. Yesterday was a good eating day and a lazy exercise day. I made up for it today. Weight - 189.2 - Up but not bad Food Breakfast - Banana, 2 Slices Ezekiel Raisin Bread, 1 TBS Almond Butter Lunch - Ground Turkey, Quarter Onion, Quarter Tomato, Pita Bread, 1 Serving Ricotta Dinner - Ground Turkey, Quarter Onion, Quarter Tomato, Pita Bread Snack - 1 Serving Olives, Banana Beverage - 2 Water, 1 Tea Grand Total Calories: 1207.5 Fat: 38.5 Sodium: 788.54 Potassium: 2171 Carbs: 151.2 Sugar: 48.6 Protein: 86.3 Sodium is within range, still lower than I like. You are always "on track!" I did good yesterday, but today I may slip. I have my chicken and dumplings and I think that may call for a second helping!

You did good yesterday, keeping those calories within a good range. You probably needed a day off, from exercising. Especially, to keep your back feeling better. We finished up the lasagna for supper, except for one small serving. I'm stuffed!

Thank you. I did my back in today. It feels good to sit in the recliner right now. Lasagna sounds so good. I wish I had some. However, I've never made it. I always wanted to, but it never happened.
