A real life version of a coyote being outsmarted by a roadrunner

I am sure we all have heard of the expression "Life imitates art." In this case a real life coyote was chasing a roadrunner in West Richland Washington state eight days ago when the coyote got stuck between two metal bars on a fence.
Thanks to a concerned bystander who called 911 to ask for help to free the coyote whose gender was not revealed, a West Richland Police officer named Barerra came to rescue the coyote that stuck between the two metal bars by using his special equipment to free the coyote who then left the area of the incident without any injuries to the animal other than a sore ego.
I know that many cartoon characters are usually based on real life animals and persons.
I just did not know that coyotes are able to get their bodies wedged into metal bars of a fence by chasing a roadrunner.

I agree with you that a police officer did his duty to save a coyote that got stuck between the bars of a fence.
I remember seeing the Road Runner cartoons on television. They were very funny when Wile E would fall down a cliff to the ground below and see a puff of smoke where he landed.

@CarolDM I liked the way he said "Beep beep" and when he stuck out his tongue.

Serves him for chasing a poor roadrunner
Seriously, I´m glad that someone helped the coyote.

I do not think that the roadrunner would laugh at him.
